Questa informativa spiega quali dati personali vengono trattati quando visiti controrima.com e quando Controrima usa il proprio strumento interno Controrima Agente. È redatta ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) e del D.Lgs. 196/2003 e successive modifiche.
In breve: questo sito non usa cookie, non usa strumenti di statistica o pubblicità, non ha moduli e non ti chiede alcun dato. Non vendiamo né cediamo dati personali a nessuno.
1. Titolare del trattamento
Il titolare del trattamento è Controrima, progetto artistico musicale.

2. Dati trattati quando visiti il sito
Il sito è una pagina statica. Non installa cookie né tecnologie simili sul tuo dispositivo e non contiene contenuti incorporati di terze parti (niente video, mappe, font o script esterni).
Per mostrarti le pagine e proteggere il sito da abusi, il fornitore di hosting e rete Cloudflare, Inc. tratta i dati tecnici che ogni browser invia automaticamente: indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser e sistema operativo.
- Finalità: erogazione tecnica del sito e sicurezza (per esempio difesa da attacchi informatici).
- Base giuridica: legittimo interesse a rendere il sito disponibile e sicuro (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
- Ruolo di Cloudflare: responsabile del trattamento, in base al proprio accordo sul trattamento dei dati (Cloudflare DPA).
- Conservazione: per il tempo strettamente necessario alle finalità indicate, secondo le regole di Cloudflare (informativa Cloudflare). Controrima non crea né conserva registri delle visite.
3. Se ci scrivi
Se ci contatti via email trattiamo il tuo indirizzo e il contenuto del messaggio solo per risponderti (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b e f GDPR). I messaggi vengono cancellati quando non servono più, e comunque su tua richiesta. Il servizio email è Gmail di Google.
4. Link ai social network
Il sito contiene semplici link ai profili Controrima su YouTube, Instagram, TikTok e X. Nessun dato viene inviato a questi servizi finché non clicchi un link; dopo il clic si applicano le informative privacy delle rispettive piattaforme.
5. Controrima Agente e Servizi API di YouTube
Controrima Agente è uno strumento privato, usato esclusivamente da Controrima per gestire il proprio canale YouTube. Non è un servizio offerto al pubblico e non può essere usato da altre persone.
- Controrima Agente utilizza i Servizi API di YouTube (YouTube API Services).
- Dati a cui accede: con l’autorizzazione del solo account Controrima, carica video sul canale Controrima (autorizzazione “youtube.upload”) e legge dati pubblici dei video del canale Controrima (per esempio numero di visualizzazioni, “mi piace” e commenti).
- Dati che NON tratta: non accede, non raccoglie e non conserva dati di visitatori di questo sito né di altri utenti di YouTube.
- Conservazione: il token di autorizzazione e le statistiche del canale sono salvati solo sul computer di Controrima, protetti e mai pubblicati.
- Condivisione: i dati vengono inviati solo a Google/YouTube per eseguire il caricamento. Non sono condivisi con nessun altro.
- Revoca: l’autorizzazione può essere revocata in qualsiasi momento dalla pagina delle impostazioni di sicurezza di Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Dopo la revoca, i dati ottenuti tramite le API vengono cancellati entro 7 giorni.
- Con le API ufficiali delle rispettive piattaforme, lo strumento legge anche le statistiche dei soli profili Controrima su altri social (per esempio TikTok), con le stesse regole di conservazione e senza trattare dati di altri utenti.
- Il trattamento dei dati da parte di Google è regolato dalle Norme sulla privacy di Google.
6. Trasferimenti fuori dall’Unione europea
Cloudflare e Google possono trattare dati negli Stati Uniti. Entrambe le società aderiscono all’EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, riconosciuto adeguato dalla Commissione europea; in mancanza si applicano le clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione.
7. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento e portabilità dei tuoi dati, e puoi opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Scrivi a controrima@gmail.com: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.
Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo del tuo Paese; in Italia è il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
8. Visitatori fuori dall’UE
Riconosciamo i diritti previsti dalle leggi sulla privacy del tuo Paese (per esempio, in California, CCPA/CPRA). Non vendiamo e non condividiamo dati personali per pubblicità e non usiamo profilazione né decisioni automatizzate.
9. Minori
Il sito non raccoglie dati e non è rivolto in modo specifico ai minori.

This policy explains which personal data are processed when you visit controrima.com and when Controrima uses its internal tool Controrima Agente. It is written under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian privacy law. If the two language versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
In short: this site uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, has no forms and does not ask you for any data. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Controrima, a music art project.

2. Data processed when you visit the site
The site is a static page. It sets no cookies or similar technologies on your device and embeds no third-party content (no videos, maps, external fonts or scripts).
To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, the hosting and network provider Cloudflare, Inc. processes the technical data every browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser and operating system type.
- Purpose: technical delivery and security of the site (e.g. defence against cyber attacks).
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Cloudflare’s role: processor, under its data processing agreement (Cloudflare DPA).
- Retention: only as long as needed for these purposes, under Cloudflare’s rules (Cloudflare privacy policy). Controrima does not create or keep visit logs.
3. If you email us
If you contact us by email, we process your address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are deleted when no longer needed, and in any case on request. The email service is Google’s Gmail.
4. Links to social networks
The site contains plain links to Controrima’s profiles on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X. No data is sent to these services unless you click a link; after that, their own privacy policies apply.
5. Controrima Agente and YouTube API Services
Controrima Agente is a private tool used exclusively by Controrima to manage its own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and cannot be used by anyone else.
- Controrima Agente uses YouTube API Services.
- Data accessed: with the authorization of the Controrima account only, it uploads videos to the Controrima channel (“youtube.upload” scope) and reads public data of the Controrima channel’s videos (e.g. view, like and comment counts).
- Data NOT processed: it does not access, collect or store data of visitors to this site or of any other YouTube user.
- Storage: the authorization token and channel statistics are stored only on Controrima’s own computer, protected and never published.
- Sharing: data is sent only to Google/YouTube to perform uploads. It is not shared with anyone else.
- Revocation: access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After revocation, data obtained through the API is deleted within 7 days.
- Through the platforms’ official APIs, the tool also reads statistics of Controrima’s own profiles on other social networks (e.g. TikTok), with the same storage rules and without processing other users’ data.
- Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission; otherwise the Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to controrima@gmail.com: we reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
8. Visitors outside the EU
We honour the rights granted by the privacy laws of your country (for example, in California, the CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal data for advertising and use no profiling or automated decision-making.
9. Children
The site collects no data and is not specifically directed at children.

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page with a new update date.
